I live by myself, stay by myself, keep myself busy but not exactly healthy habits though And it's not like I've been through pain either. I just like the peace and quiet that comes with being alone. And i know that I'm not special and there are many more like me too. Even that dont6make me wanna go meet them tho, I'm fine being myself

too much body thrust involved in the curl, needs to be more bicep isolation - go a lighter weight and learn the full bicep extension and contraction technique, elbows stay still by your side and you dont curl it as high as that

Not to be a dick, but the weight of a LifeFitness smith machine is 25 pounds when unloaded. Two 45pound plates makes the total weight 205. LifeFitness, as well as most other commercial grade smith machines are twenty pounds lighter than a standard barbell. I know that this is one of those "erm ackchewally ☝️🤓" type of comments but it would be potentially saving you an injury if you were under the impression that smith machines and barbell weights translate 1:1 and you ended up not having access to the smith, causing you to load up more than you can handle on a barbell and take a one way ticket to snap city. Stay safe out there and good lift 🤙

So you are saying the more and more you squat, the higher and higher your depth? Or as you increase your bench press, you get further and further away from your chest? Or by the time you max out on deadlifts, you don't even need to get it off the floor? what are you talking about?

First I want to say thanks you my brother . I really appreciate that . but I have seen people working out is covered from top to bottom. And if you see their body you will go crazy. I saw some KZbinr saying like , here is no naked girl so swipe. What I’m doing here is nothing to do what I’m wearing. I am coming here nearly 220 days continuously, may be I have missed few days. I am lifting weights lot heavier. I am not on any steroids. I don’t eat outside food. So my point is here I’m disciplined, determined and dedicated. And there is saying “ NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY HIS COVER”.

@@365MindSetX Oh, sorry man, I wasn't trying to degrade you or anything. I just saw your reply to the other dude's comment. Thing with the internet, you have to do something sorta out there. I've always had a bit of a talent for knowing how to appeal to people or draw an audience (I used to be a relatively popular writer) something that usually works, is doing something super out there, like, training in a dress, or doing something kinda bizarre and then showing humility after. Like if you went on a podcast and showed yourself to be the respectful dude you appear to be, where you talk about your training and so on, people would connect with the real you, while finding you funny for the out there content you produce. Training in a jacket like that is nuts though, I'd feel like I'm being choked. Just some general comments about your training. I'm glad to hear that you're being consistent. I myself just got back into training. I'd had some problems with my heart relating to caffeine sensitivity, driven by mental health problems, but I'm all good now and fully recovered so I'm back in the gym grafting. Sad thing is, when I had to stop training, I had made so much progress. I was 194 to start with, dropped to 188 and lost around 7% bodyfat, while maintaining a lot of muscle. As soon as I became sedentary, my eating habits turned poor and I went back up to 234 the heaviest I've been in a long time. I was 37% bodyfat as well. I'd gained 13% bodyfat in around 5 months. But, back in the gym now and have been since January. I approached my training differently too. I spent my first 5 months just taking in the same calories, even though I was in a surplus. I focused on eating better food and lifting heavy. I gained a little more fat of course, but fat gains slowed down significantly and I put on around 10lbs of muscle. I dropped my calories down recently to start cutting and have been focused on that ever since. What got me back into things and got me motivated, was seeing people like you inspiring others brother, as well as wanting to be back in shape and being healthier for my family. Anyways, sorry for the rambling, but, I enjoyed reading about your training and thought I'd share my experiences so far. Also, whether you're on steroids or not, to anyone that understands training, they will know it doesn't really matter. You're still putting a tonne of work in either way, at least in my opinion, I wouldn't see it any differently. Not that I think you're on steroids.

That’s how i started last year and I’m in love with gym. I started gym to be disciplined and dedicated. I appreciate you notice that . There are two reasons. Gym is really cold and I’m use to with that . It’s not a jacket it’s look like a jacket. And the second reason everyone is showing off that’s why I want to cover as much as possible until I’m satisfied with my own progress. It’s like caterpillar. Before it’s become beautiful butterfly he covers himself so no one can watch, but it come out from that cover we all love that.
