Great episode lads! Kep was referring to 'Collepiano' Sagrantino from Arnaldo Caprai in Montefalco in Umbria. If you get a chance to try a bottle it's worth it. If not I'll bring you over a bottle from my cellar as I plan to return in December.

This is so bad. Yes number one is interesting. But number two is so wrong. That is the common statement that people think is true. It’s completely wrong. You drink sake at different temperatures, which is the whole point of this. Oh my Lord. Please delete this video.

Really interesting: Le Nez Du Vin. Is there anything similar to help train the sense of taste I wonder? I often hear in wine tastings descriptors used that I have no idea about because I haven’t tried them e.g. cassis. I’d love a similar kit to help me train my sense of taste.

We were fortunate to have it gifted to us. The previous owner was using it for formal study. As it’s not cheap, we’d only recommend it to assist with formal study or if you’re very serious about detecting and naming the aroma.

But after you flip it it all pretty much mixes back together, and honestly to describe wine tasting i need just a few words, €2,50 wine won the Gilbert and Gaillard. A €2,50 wine won the gold against wines from all over the world, it's all talk and self placebo.
@TheWinedUpАй бұрын
@@lefisheauchocolat968 yeah that’s right. At the end of the day everyone’s taste is different so a wine that one person likes isn’t going to be the same wine that another person likes. Watch the full episode this Sunday because we don’t think this is an essential tool, but could pick up some differences.
