What about it is a scam ?. You can't claim something like that and run away. Explain. Free SHS is rather a scam, how can people pay more now than when they were paying fees ?. Now people have no choice to vote NPP and continue free shs because Nana Showboy and Bawuliar have made the economy so bad they can't afford to take their children to school. NPP government will keep Ghanaians in poverty so they can vote for their f00lish elephant party. Digitalization is another scam, tell me one country that digitalized before they industrialised and I'll vote for Bawuliar.
