Roads are very nice so no need to worry and hills sirf kuch kms ke liye hi aati hai wo bhi bhot choti moti hills hai, easy hai , good driver is required because single roads hai , skill driver na ho tabhi bhi chalega, just drive slow once you enter Jim Corbett area because animals cross the road all the time. Brother this knife doesn’t have any coating and the blade is made of 5Cr15 stainless steel which is corrosion free so I think you can use it any where you want but I personally use it for bushcraft , sometimes I used it in kitchen too. I did few research for you online regarding your question so I found lot of chefs use this kind of 5cr15 material knifes in kitchens so I think it’s safe to use 🙏🏻 plz do some more research first before you use it 🙏🏻

Bhai ji highways are safe, mei bhi mostly raat ko travel karta hu, just don’t take any shortcuts, stay on highway, sometimes google maps shortcut bta deta hai so use your head and stick to highway specially if you are with your family 🙏🏻

Sorry for the disappointment mam. We didn't eat fish because we had other plans to eat fish somewhere else and I heard a lot of good things about this chicken dish so we decided to order this. But as per your comment it feels like I made a mistake not to try fish so I will definitely order the fish on my next visit.
