I work for a small company with 9 trucks. We tried this. We did like it. However, the Android phones all had running issues after install so bad we quite using it.

Hey there, thanks for your interest in our tools! To clarify, all of these tools and spreadsheets are 100% free to access - we will send them to your email after you fill out the form. From there, you just have to make a copy of the template to be able to edit it yourself. If you're having trouble receiving the template, check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there.

How do I add more sheets/tabs such as Electrical, Filters, Fluids ect.... at the bottom? If I right click and duplicate and rename the new sheet and tab something new Like Machine Attachments, I see the Machine Attachments in the Categories drop list, but when I add vehicles to the new Machine Attachments tab at the bottom though, it doesn't update my vehicles for that part.... Is there a certain way to create the tabs at the bottom to go a long with your Categories List?!

We have been using Fleetio for over 3 years. It has allowed us to stay ahead of our fleet. One example is fuel cost adjustment for invoicing. The more you track your fleet - the more you want to track your fleet. I would higly recommend fleetio to anyone looking for fleet, tracking, maintenance, P.O., W.O., and the list goes on!.
