Many sterile containers for e-coli testing will have a preservative in them. The preservative is needed for sample quality. If you sample as per the video the preservative will be washed out. It can be better to fill the sterile container using a single use sterile sampling syringe

What is the buffer zone for spraying glyphosate near water ? As on one of the msds it states Why use weed killer if it kills the insects as well? SECTION 2: HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION New Zealand Hazardous Substance Classification Classified as hazardous according to the criteria in the Hazardous Substances (Minimum Degrees of Hazard) Notice 2017 as amended. HSNO Classification 9.1B Substance that is ecotoxic in the aquatic environment H411 Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects Why not get a brush cutter to cut the tops then place carboard on the over the area that you are wanting to plant . It will kill the plant in a more natural and safer way and the ground will also be rich with life with the worms and other organisms eating the decaying roots of the weeds .

The problem with NZ agriculture as industrialised farming is “over-shoot” with climate change as a negative result. Our contribution to solving the climate change problem is to show how a country can transition to a non-growth and sustainable economy. Any conversation that frames the environmental problem in terms of an excess of CO2 or methane is “green-washing.”

The Earth is cooler with the atmos/GHGs/albedo not warmer. To perform as advertised the GHGs require “extra” energy upwelling from the surface radiating as a black body. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZnvMm6ptYr56Y7c The kinetic heat transfer processes of the contiguous atmos molecules render that scenario impossible. No greenhouse effect, no GHG warming, no man/CO2 driven climate change or Gorebal warming.

Eat it! Has ephedra in it. Great for asthma. It helps stop erosion too. Here in Florida in waste areas, helps hold sandy soil in place too.
