@@buhoymag I hung it up then filled it.. Once it's filled there's no need to drain it unless you want to move it to another place... It's quite heavy once it's filled.. 😊

Hello bro.. Thanks for dropping by.. We used a heavy duty rivet to secure the heavy bag wall mount.. I believe there were 4 at the top of the mount and 2 at the bottom.. If you're planning to use a wall mount try finding one that can stand tension twice the weight of your heavy bag.. For example if your heavy bag weights around 100kg get one that can stand up to 200kg..

Hey man, yup i removed the jet nozzle using a flat head screw driver then inserted a jet nozzle attached with my hose. I don't really remember the size of the jet nozzle but that's the way how i filled it in.. Anyways thanks for dropping by and watching my video.. @@dandenzel3343 thats good goin mate at my peak at 72kg my bests were 105kg(bench) 185kg (deadlift) and 130kg(squat) i needed 150 in squat to win a (prison) comp bk in 2006 lol tryd n got down n up an inch n fail lol came 2nd n avenged it in gym in our own time lol plus the guy beat me was on steriods n won by 29kg so can take that not about winning i feel we r all winners if u no done n tryd ur best n always know u can b better even the best get better gd going a wasted lots of yrs n drugs prison n tryd balancing both now all a do is fitness eat sleep live life full n enjoy now well done pal 👏👏👏
