You cannot wake it up without it connected to cells. I have the same board and its not working unless i connect it to a 4s board with all cells connected.

@@ILMiMi-tech Connect 4S board > Connect all 4 cells to 4s board > plug in usb type C. It will power on and work fine after.

The datasheet says 90% efficiency, but I think is less than that

But the old battery pack was in good condition 12.05v then why are you making new battery pack which is 11.07v😅

I replaced the old batteries because they lose power immediately, after one minute they are completely dead. They are not high-quality cells.

i also have a set of 2 batteries like this and the seller's batteries are shit, i had to spend more than 15 usd to replace both the battery core and bms🤦

The original bms is good. It protects the batteries from overcharging, overdischarging and overcurrent.

is it possible to just take the battery out by unscrewing the two screws at the bottom? this model is so complicated.... other models just have 8 screws at the bottom.

It wont come online without all of the balance wires conected. Also is it configured for 4s or 5s operation? DId it work before or not?

it is wrong because fans should discharge the hot air outside. Air flow towards the board is not healty for temparature and cleanliness.
