I made a lobster shell full titanium header for mine. I made the first two bends 1 mm over size then stepped up with a very mild cone up to the y section. The y section stepped up with each individual section that made the y bends then de cat. When I rode the bike I swore it had 15hp more on top, it was actually quite wicked and would wheely. I sent it off to the dyno for him to confirm it lost about 10hp in the midrange ( he dyno the std headers first) the loss of mid range made the top end wicked. What a shame as I put so much time into the build and the headers looked a million dollars. Anyway hope this helps some
@bhcmotorcycles28 күн бұрын
@@aarongood220 yeah that confirms what we have now with our first pipe so we’re going for a x pipe up front to try and balance the engine more to help with the low end torque, stay tuned see what we get buddy

I have the high Akra Ti pipe on the 'sport' model, the only change I did was put on the Akra Ti cat-less headers and removed the flapper. They turned blue, the bike lost weight, and sounds sweet; claimed power is +5-bhp according to Akra. I'm not a good enough rider to tell tbh

5” risers, moto bars, brembo calipers, braided lines, brembo masters, carbon mag wheels, ohlins suspension, custom Akra shorty megaphones with diffusers, could’ve even done a small rear sub frame and rear fairing with carbon to complete the tail lines, small tinted windscreen covering the speedo.
