Amina that's a fantastic question. You can absolutely send the user a receipt after signing the contract by creating your own receipt within the contract... using the Forminator Forms data.

HI Stella that's a fantastic question! The documents and the electronic signature application lives 100% on your website/server. Once a document is signed here's what happens... 1. An email gets sent to you (the sender) and the signer with an attachment of the PDF and a link that says "View Signed Document" 2. If you click "View Signed Document" the signed document would load (on your site) and you would see a button "Save as PDF" or "Print Document" 3. If you were to login to WP E-Signature and visit the "My Documents" tab you'd also be given the opportunity to "Save as PDF" 4. If you had our "Dropbox Sync" integration setup a PDF of the signed agreement would be sent to a specific Dropbox folder automatically So as you can see... you have quite a few options here. One important thing to note is that for security reasons the signed/completed PDF is NEVER saved on your server long-term. Whenever a contract is called in our application, our proprietary software un-encrypts the document and the near dozen or so different database tables associated with it and generates the pdf on demand (vs. storing your confidential and sensitive info as a PDF in your ftp somewhere).

okay, i may get it. My problem was, i guess, that i worked on local and the mail couldn't be sent automatically. But yes when i choose the option " Send User an Email Requesting their Signature after Submission",once it's online the message would go automatically or Am i wrong?

Hi Stella... great question. If you install the SendGrid plugin (which is free and they have a free plan) you would be able to send emails... even from your local machine while testing. If you did choose the option "Send User and Email Requesting their Signature After Submission" then YES an email invitation would be sent and they would be required to click it in order to sign the document.

okay, thanks. I have another question: inside the document when i add [esiggravity formid="2" field_id="46" ] which is the the field for firstname and lastname for example, how can i tell the document to add just the firstname. I'm referring for example to the filed "45.3" in gravity form.

Hi Stella that's a great question... if you wanted to seperate the first name from the last name I'd suggest adding two "Single text" boxes side by side and manually make one your First Name and manually make the second your last name. Our platform will output the value of the field itself and in the name fields the value is the FULL value of the inputted data... so it'd be "First" and "Last" together.

+Grungelife Gl That's a great question! WP E-Signature (and add-ons) have been created in such a way that they CAN be translated into ANY native language. In order to translate the plugins, you would need to be familiar with the translation process. There is a (free) tool that helps with translation, which you can find @ make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/poedit/
