Hello thanks for the video i have two issues with this laptop i would be happy if you give me the solution for that. First is the erratic touchpad and it does not works fine second when laptop is closed when i push the middle bottom of the screen cover from back of my laptop(cover of screen) it makes a cracking sound at first i thought it was from hinges but the hinges are working fine

Same problem got a new cahrger and it got fixed , ther eis a fundamental design issue in this type of charger connecter where due to heat of such high power drawing cpu the connections are lost
