Although I have never been to France, I can't agree with the 'you don't want to be recognized as American in France' comment. France is the U.S.'s oldest ally. I think the French people like Americans. I bet this guy is from Montreal.

It was a good class, but there are many steps to be corrected in this class, such as: class organization and giving commands to the whole class at once for instance.

I think it's great that your students are incentivized to figure out what it is you're commanding them to do by really engaging and participating! I think that checking comprehension more often and directly would ensure that your students really understand, but this is great stuff!
