Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us. There are a few reasons why you may see this error when doing this. Most common reasons for this situation are: If the volume up button was held instead of the volume down button while trying to factory reset. If the volume up button is sticking while trying to power on the headset. If the headset was powered ON instead of OFF when initiating a factory reset. Please check that the volume button is not stuck. Press and hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds or until the headset is forced off, then follow the normal steps to perform a factory reset ensuring the headset is OFF before attempting the steps, and the correct volume down button is held. Desde que actualice las gafas (quest 3) a la V69 el air link no funciona, he estado varios meses fuera y no la he podido usar. Antes el air link funcionaba sin ningun tipo de problemas, ahora solo puedo usar el pcvr con el cable. No se que hace he reinstalado todo y nada de nada.

Realmente desde que se actualizo probé con dos móviles distintos y no funciona una no envía el código jamás a las gafas y la otra si ni siquiera comienza a buscarla es espantosa la aplicación le falto mucho testeo...

On m’a tricher de mon argent et Meta mon demander come solution a mon problème; allez-acheter de nouveau et nous allons vous fournir avec un crédit chez le magazin pour l’équivalent pour votre prochain achat. 😢 Très frustrant et non-juste. A l’âge de 66 ans et pensionnaire, ils prend avantages de quelqu’un sans les moyens de se protéger.😢

Bonjour, J'ai reçu le casque metaquest 3S par contre je n'arrive pas à ajuster les lentilles. J'ai tourné comme il est dit sur la vidéo a droite ainsi qu'à gauche mais rien ne se passe. Et j'ai peur du coup de casser le mécanisme...merci pour votre aide

The games are attached to your account not the headset, so if you want to log in else where you would simply log in and reinstall the game to play. Have a nice day!

Yes, there is no longer a way to transfer purchases from a deleted account to a new account. There was a 6 month period up until March of this year that Oculus users had the ability to migrate their accounts fully to Meta with their purchases included. Unfortunately, it is no longer an option.

When I press on/off and volume buttons together, it only restarts. I cannot pair my quest with the mobile app, that's why I want to reset my device. However, it's not working! Edit: ok, i was trying the process when the device was on. I turned it off and pressed volume down button and the power button together, it worked!

Hey there @Famous_william. We're delighted to jump in and assist you with the "No Command" error you're experiencing, so that you can quickly get back to gaming. This error suggests there might have been an error during the reset procedure. We suggest ensuring that you are holding down the volume down (-) button simultaneously with the power button. You may have to hold both buttons for approximately a minute until the Boot screen appears with additional options. Here are the complete instructions for a factory reset (make sure your headset is fully charged before following these steps: Turn off your headset. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button. Should there still be an issue with the "No Command" error you can do the factory reset through the app as well. Here's how: Open the Meta Quest app on your phone. Tap Devices in the bottom menu. Tap the headset connected to your phone. Tap Advanced Settings. Tap Factory Reset and then Reset. Hopefully this fixes your concern, but if not, please inform us so we can provide additional help. When I try to manually factory reset my Oculus Quest, every time I let go of the button on the side to navigate the boot menu the screen disappears.

We have definitely seen this a few times. Most times you might need to let go of the button earlier so the menu stays. However, we do have other ways to perform a factory reset! If you headset is connected with your phone you can try the following steps here: -Open the Meta Quest app on your phone. -Tap Menu then tap Devices. -Tap the headset connected to your phone. -Tap Headset Settings then tap Advanced Settings. -Tap Factory Reset and then Reset. Hi Terrell, a Factory reset erases everything off your headset and returns it to the software state that it was in when you first took it out of the box. 🤗

Hello there! A small tip to make the menu not disappear is to continue to hold the volume button and let go of the power button first.
