Focus more to get your centering right. The better you preaim angles the less you need to move your stick to the enemy therefore you kill them faster but goodjob, you definitely starting to get it. Also other thing what helped me aiming is to keep your right thumb to a square from your front finger and then only use the tip of your thumb for aiming.

You should try reducing your ads sense , even pros play a pretty low ads sense ( maybe between 0.75-1)
