And martial arts is much more strategic, hitting weak points, not wasting energy on one specific area. And in this case, Jared's weight was his downfall. because when he fell, onto unyielding concrete with his elbow it sent all that force into one area/joints with all his over 200 pounds of muscle mass rather than dispersing it into a larger area. It's how small, women with martial arts skills like Ju-Jitsu etc,can take down guys Jared;'s size. Glad he was a good sport about it. And that they had to write it into the episodes, lol. Poor guy.
