@@ChadCBurch yes, after 1 to two weeks of quitin’ im just battling with insomnia and eating more (but without the need of smokin first) I can go to the supermarket and stores whitout social anxiety or paranoia and talkin more to people Now I’m more lucid, feel more strong, I laugh more and now I remember my dreams and it’s feel better back working out in gym Each day whitout W it’s more easy but you need to stay busy and doing things cause those blank spaces in your day can make you downfall again, the only hard thing is struggling with the angry caused by abstinence síndrome Again thanks for your content and… to everybody who are quitin W stay strong, god it’s with you and don’t panic you don’t die

@@elpildorasMGTOW3.0 It's great that you're already noticing the benefits. You're through the hardest part. Just keep on doing what you're doing and things will continue to improve. The anger was something I had as well. The longer you go, the more your emotional regulation will improve! Congratulations on quitting man!
