3:01 I appreciate the effort put into this video, but it assumes that any money recovered from incorrect tax returns will be used effectively. Who can say for sure? It all depends on the people working behind the scenes in the government.

Promises made by Georgina Halford Hall Whistles UK on Jimmy Saville style corpse abuse: 1) You are right victims and witnesses of Saville and others were ignored, you will not be but it will not happen over night 2) I have a journalist who is desperate to run this story for you and I'd be happy to put you in co act after the grievance. 3) Let me know what you would like to do, I can only offer support and guidance this is your claim, however it cannot stress how important it is to take advice from your lawyer and let him draft any future letters to the trust re the grievance so that he can get in the relevant legal language to protect your position. 4) Once we have a plan we will get you together with the journalist. 5) In two weeks time we will be in a position to have a barrister look directly at your case but I believe that there will be a fee of £50 from the barrister to do so. 6) All of our services are free, legal services are provided independently by people that we trust but do not recommend. 7) There is no guarantee that our barrister will agree to take on your case even after looking at it but he is quite a spectacular character who also writes for Private Eye. I will speak to you later after I have spoken to him to see if he will have a look at your case this week. 8) 1. That I will speak to the partners at Michael Lewin and ask them to contact you. I will suggest as we discussed that you are looking for an apology. 9) 10) 2. You will complete a time line of events surrounding your whistleblowing to include: 11) What you disclosed, to whom and on what date. Then continuing with the Date, time, who was involved, what was said and what happened next and if you have evidence for all subsequent interventions following the disclosures. It is worth covering any additional information such as the whistleblowing policy, bullying policy and your contract and staff handbook. 12) 3. I will then review this document with you and discuss a few ideas for how you might move it forward. This includes suggestions for how to conduct the grievance meeting and what to expect from it. 13) Thank you for the message and the information therein. I am very pleased to see such a thorough timeline and anticipate that we will be able to raise a number of further enquiries once we have all of the ducks lined up. 14) You are important to WBUK and I hope that you recognise how important your feedback was to enable us all to resolve this quickly. Thank you. 15) I look forward to seeing the rest of the information, please bare in mind that I will not be available from Thursday evening until after the 6th November to speak to you or take any action further action on the case. I need to give you a deadline of tomorrow by 1200 to guarantee any further action being taken should it be deemed necessary. The key is to get the grievance meeting right and I'd like to go through that with you if I may when I'm in command of all of the facts. 16) It has been a while since we last spoke and having checked my records I noted that your would be contacting me after your grievance meeting with an update. Your preparation seemed very thorough and organised and I hope that this made it a productive meeting. 17) As you know we remain keen to assist you. This week I met with a member of the privy council in Westminster to discuss the abuse of whistleblowers and there will be a public debate as a result of this meeting in February and I would like to be clear about what if anything we might use from your case to punctuate the ongoing failure of the protection of whistleblowers in the NHS. Most of the staff who seek our assistance [NHS] are medical and it is as important to raise the issue of non medical staff. 18) I have been been informed that you are not following up the case with Michael Lewin and wanted to know if you would like me to introduce you our direct access barrister for his opinion on your chance of success at ET. This would help us devise a plan of action with you. Alternately if you have appointed another law firm I would very much appreciate your introduction as we are looking to grow the panel we use. 19) I will contact a number of journalists in the next week and pass on their details if they show any interest. Now Let me look at what I actually got 19 promises made: Result delivered ZERO!!!!!

A great podcast thanks. Please connect with just stop oil, if you're not already. You both have many things in common, so many I would say TJN are the equivalent in Tax and social structure governance impact of JSO in the social science of non-violent civil resistance. Thanks for all your work, I've been following you for a long time now. The information summaries you pull together are tremendous. Tax evasion and international banking are also in my own background. An additional point. Why is it different to the situation existing at the close of WW2 with Bretton Woods? Today we do not have leaders of relevant capability in the major powers, We are run by the interests of mega transnational corporations. We need deliberative democracy on a global scale. This will need to run alongside and simultaneously with non-violent civil resistance. This will have to be done if society and civilisation around the world is going to survive in any recognisable form. Thanks again for your valuable work at TJN

There is this theory that you shouldn't be taxed more than you can use the services that the tax is used on... for example: If we have 2 people, first one earns 100k usd / year. The other earns 10 000k usd year. If we would tax everybody proportional, lets say 30% tax, it would mean the first person will pay 30k usd tax and the second person will pay 3 000k usd tax. Now if we apply that theory, we find a complication in that just because the second person earns 100 times more money, doesn't mean he uses the taxable services 100 times more than the first person. If we applied a proportional tax on wealthy people, it would mean inequality for the wealthy to use the services, as they must pay much more for the same usage of road, hospital, pension, emergency, ect. Therefore we must try to tax more the individuals who use more of the service, and less the individuals who use less of the service.
