Dang I just got Lord of the Ring achievement, took me most of Friday and all Saturday evening to get it… probably took me about 7-8 full attempts.. and I thought that one was bad… I completed that one in 57 minutes.. This one is almost the same (but instead of having to brand 8 captains, you just need to kill them all) and killing them with the Graug was easy. And then there’s the tactic of rioting the warchiefs together, which is clever. I see many people take it down TO THE WIRE on this one! I love a nice challenge, but I honestly HATE when timed challenges are tied to achievements.. I think that’s nonsense. Not everyone is an absolute master at this game, and not everyone cares for being restricted on time … my heart starts beating like crazy and I get nervous and usually manage to mess something up. Anyways, I’m off to give this one a go, I’m really hoping it doesn’t take me as long as it took me to get the other one.. Wish me luck talk! And best of luck to anyone else attempting this!

If anyone’s trying it nowadays the main thing is the warchief, if you accidentally killed him or just wasn’t able to brand him I’d say restart

If it doesn't appear, when some of the ghuls are running away, allow them to escape and go underground, it will appear if you do that.

Done in 30mins with lots of luck. I didnt collect intel. Just took a graug and went to three outposts. Ate 8 captains in less than 8 mins.

Are any of the level 25 runes actually useful or just get the achievement and walk away?

dont freak out about everyone saying this is impossible, i got it on the first attempt with 33:58 on the clock its a bit rng obv but just follow the guide and you are good.

Honestly if someone can get this achievement you are a God amongst men. I give up man this is too damn hard and it shouldn't be as hard as it is. That uninstall looks quite tempting at the moment 🤣🤣

It's also just as quick to do a continuous targeted vomit blast to kill a captain. On xbox, hold RT, use joystick to target, and press and hold RT. Graug will projectile vomit until you let up. when there are alot of uruks in the way, and it's hard to grab the captain, i do this.

It is May. 13, 2024 and this worked for me on first try and got me a level 26 rune. Thanks to this guide it got me the Platinum, thank you very much!

if anyone is still going for this many years later like me. I can never get the grog to spawn at the bottom camp as mentioned, but i have been able to get it to spawn reliably in the top left camp. just need to fast travel away and back and it will be there.

By the time I get the intel I'm already at 20 minutes... and by the time I get enough captains with the graug I'm at 30, how tf am I supposed to do this? They should have added 10-20 minutes to the timer because this is impossible. Everything is spread too far apart for me to get to it all in time.
