Holy spirit, grace, righteousness just to name a few Acts 2:38, Romans 5:15, Romans 5:17 But one of the greatest things He made sure of innate within man was the freedom to choose. Freewill is up to the individual. God does not control our minds. He can inspire us, give us revelation, and even direct us when we are faithful to act on the written Word, but it’s always up to us. I must put on the mind of Christ. A cursory study of the Gospels reveals the mind of Christ was the written Word. See Matthew 4:4-10. Each and every reponse to the Devil’s temptations was to reply with the written Word. We are not robots for God. He gave us a brain to use for thinking. The Devil will possess and control people. Against such things there is no law doesn't mean what he said. It means that there is no law in this world forcing you or commending you to be gentle, longsuffering or kind. All these are not the result of a law, not a human law anyway. These are the results of someone submitting to Christ's law.

Strictly regarding the language and grammatical structure of Ephesians 5:21-22, the text first establishes a principle of mutual submission among believers in verse 21 and then provides a specific application of this principle in the context of marriage in verse 22, instructing wives to submit to their husbands. The mutual submission of verse 21 sets the stage for the particular roles outlined in the subsequent verses. Paul is saying that marriage is a picture of Christ and the Church (v 32) so to say that husbands and wives submit to each other is to say that Christ submits to the Church in the same way the Church submits to Christ. Rather, the wife submits to the husband as the Church submits to Christ and the husband loves his wife as Christ loves the Church. Believers do submit to one another, but that is a separate command and is not a picture of Christ and the Church. Final note: Just because wives are to submit to their husbands does not mean that husbands are to _make_ their wives submit. This is abusive. The husband is simply commanded to love his wife as Christ loves the Church, regardless of whether or not she submits.
