I was a deep sea fisherman on the grand bank and Ephesus decimated it in less than one hundred years an the basque long line fleet had been fishing the banks four hundred years before us please read a book called the history of cod greed is unattainable in any food production just because you see a fish on every hook does not mean a fish on every hook would you watch a video of a line of empty hooks

Note the short line from the back of the boat tied with pieces of black bin bags . This is to keep the gulls off the baited hooks before they sink in the water .

I was a Fish Monger in my Teens and would process 3000 pounds of Pike and White Fish from Canada every Saturday by myself. Minimum Wage then was 50 cents an hour but my Boss paid me $3.00 and hour so it was worth it. He also bought new Jeans and Rubber Suits once a month...
