It is unbelievable that people believe that Muhammad was a prophet. There's no evidence in the Quran that he was a descendant of Abraham or Ishmael. He started as a leader of bandits in Qureshi, killing and robbing merchants going to Syria to sell their products. There's no Abrahamic prophets that has the name of their God as Allah. Allah was a pagan God in Qureshi with three daughters: Al-lat, Al-Uzzah and menat.

Why is it that people who practice this religion are not very concerned about environmental cleanliness? The worst areas are usually occupied by them. That is not helping at all. Thank you, sir.

If you were to compare to the slums of Nigeria, which is inhabited predominantly by Christians these other areas would be heavenly by Nigerian standards.

Islam first arrived in Yorubaland around the 14th century through Malian traders and scholars, who significantly contributed to spreading the religion across West Africa. The term "Esin Imale," used in Yorubaland to refer to Islam, reflects the historical interactions between the Yoruba people and early Muslim settlers linked to the Mali Empire. Derived from the word "Mali," "Imale" highlights the association of these settlers with the influential Islamic empire. The Male Revolt in Brazil in the early 19th century, led by enslaved Yoruba Muslims, further underscores the preexistence of Islam in Yorubaland, independent of the Sokoto Caliphate. As a distinct faith from Yoruba traditional beliefs, Islam became identified with its Malian origins, and over time, "Esin Imale" evolved to signify the religion within the region, emphasizing its historical and cultural roots.

Islam in Lagos was actually influenced by the returned slave captives from Sierra-Leone, And Mohammed Shitta-Bey, alias Olowo Pupa, was the first titled Seriki Musulumi of Lagos, the title 'Seriki' meaning commander-in-Chief was bestowed on Shjitta-Bey by the Ottoman empire . Christianity in Lagos was influenced by the same Saro returnee, but this time lead by Ajayi Crowther who was ordained the very first Bishop by the Church of England. Then from the very tail end of 1800s, the returnee from Brazil started arriving Lagos and populating both faiths, And in addition, the Brazilian returnees came down with Catholism which is a little bit structure differently from Anglicanism (Church of England).

Hey Will, I just wanted to ask, okay first of all, this isn’t about this particular video, because the experience is always wonderful. I’m referencing your older videos, the one in Oshodi etc, Do you ever get scared like when you’re taken around by people you don’t know or traveling on your own etc, I’m a Nigerian and even I get scared for you sometimes, you seem so comfortable, which I admire too. But anyway I just wanted to know what goes through your mind during those experiences.. do you do it scared or do you always feel safe? P.s most Nigerians are most likely to avoid the places you’ve explored in Nigeria, so you’ll always have my respect for going there.. This is just a curious gurl asking😅

I'm Nigerian. It will surprise you that politicians are the cause of the exodus. The same politicians ensure their children go out of the country for education; even they themselves prefer going for healthcare overseas to going for the local healthcare. This shows the state of decadence of the institution. Our leaders don't care about us. The system was neglected, which has caused dilapidation in our facilities. Japa is a necessity for escaping the rottenness of our institutions. I don't care about what the government is saying to stop the syndrome. If the govt doesn't find a solution to the root cause of our economy's decline, more people will continue to find greener pastures outside the country. Nigeria is a vibrant and glorious nation, but corrupt leaders have made the people find alternative routes to living their lives.
