Es una pena gastarse ese dinero en renovar con tal mal gusto. El baño principal parece un columbario. La mezcla de colores no tiene ningun sentido. Y la cocina abierta pedia una isla exenta a gritos.

Its for Security. The Main Problem is the Okupas, people who live illegal in your House if they change the keys and stay there for more thank 48 hours. And the owner have to pay the Water and Energy. A crazy law in Spain

The only thing worth buying is the view because the house is so ugly, who has a washing machine in the kitchen and the living room between the kitchen and the dining room which by the way is very tiny

Nice property but just looking at the access to the roof terraces do you have to go through the master bedroom or is there another way to access them.

Looks about 100K over priced and what are the monthly fees to live on a gated community? Did not like a microwave on a fridge and dishwasher not integrated into the kitchen. Bedrooms not really that attractive so I’ll pass on this.
