According to the wiki, the reason cg says she’s a clone is to combat the idea she will look like this in the base game, the cg that’ll come to the base game is thought of as the person controlling the cg in the mod since week 2 takes place in an online game.

Everybody has their own opnions, this mod to me isn't the best mod, but one of the most high effort ones, it's unfortunate it got trashed because of a copyright claim in only 2 days after the release, i haven't really checked a lot about the drama so i can't say much, but this mod is definitely well made and a good way of representing what FNF really is, a NEWGROUNDS game, not aimed for the younger audience. the CG week for me was the best one, especially malfunction.
