It's amtec flux paste 559 . The tip 0.2mm its used for micro soldering.

I'm watching from the same phone ( silver as well ) and had a similar problem while typing this comment - while typing "have" the screen suddenly stopped accepting my touches on the keyboard - and I have show touches from developer options on and it's showing that the touches are registering but doing nothing

This problem is caused by flex cable of the lcd. Replace the lcd to solve the problem
