Good show gentlemen. One thing I want to toss out, around 26:30 the conversation is about men whom I assume are farther along in life. Savion says, “Brothers who have everything….” I used to look at other men with that admiration. I do not believe I do as much anymore, maybe it is an because I am extremely happy in with what I have. My wife and I have had similar conversations with folks, does that person have everything? What has that journey been like and what scars does that man have? My oldest likes Taylor Swift and once made a comment to me that I am just jealous of her because she has fame and money. I wholehearted responded with I would not trade places with her because of my family. It isn’t an easy path though some people just look from the outside, I do think that is one of the issues with social media. To the question is showing up to church enough, it is just the first step of the journey. I saw sticker the other day I liked and the conversation towards the end remined me of it. “stop trying to sit at the tables Jesus flipped.” Just makes me think we must walk along the journey and not always take the beaten path.
