Always good to see good technique. I Joined your class in Gilroy, CA for a few years before I moved up to San Jose area (89 - 91). I later joined up with John Sepulveda in Sanat Clara. I miss these classes

American Kenpo is such a well thought out effective system and Master Williams is such a great, great teacher. I studied Skip Hancock American Kenpo for a while. Lots of similarities of course; so cerebral, but then of course, the mind is our most powerful weapon. I know this Kenpo is an American system, but the debt to Asian systems is unmistakeable. I wish that they taught asian terminology right along side the american terminology so that practitioners could more easily talk shop with other martial artists.

The best part about this video is that it should make you stop and ponder what he is teaching what different options you have when it comes to the stance that you are in and the stance that your opponent is in. This Kenpo teacher is a very knowledgeable individual. He also has a great accent.
