nothing like being swarmed by jet skis when you're a tight and stressful situation. People shouldn't be allowed on the water with jet skis. And I'm speaking from experience. They let any bozo on a jet ski and the rental skis are worse.

“What a fuckin retard!” Yup sounds about right. Then again after watching it again it’s possible that the captain of the larger boat saved his vessel from crashing into the rocks due to dire situation he was in. Without knowing the details as to how or why the boat is in that position in the first place leaves much to be questioned. Are the cops boarding that boat to check on safety regulations or has that boat called for assistance? Is it some sort of emergency with someone on board needing or is the boat experiencing mechanical failure or is it none of the above?
