It doesn't appear they make this in in-lb for us Americans 😢

The usual great and informative video. Thank you. I've just realized that a $ 230 000 Ekko is delivered without standard window screens ! I must be wrong...

Hi Stef, I'm hoping I spelled that right? I love your videos and appreciate you very much. I am senior who has worked out all my life, currently walking no less than 2 miles per day in hilly terrain. My question is about your yes workout. Do we do all three of them in one day, for how many times per week? Also do you have any additional workouts other then youtube and the fit rv? Thank you so much Eileen 🎉
@Thefitrv20 күн бұрын
Hi Eileen! Sorry for my slow response, I’m just seeing this. For the Y.E.S. workout plan, choose one of the three workouts, and only do that one in a day. Do the other 2 workouts on other days during the same week. Try to do all 3 workouts each week, and then also do your cardio- at least 2 1/2 hours of moderate intensity each week (so make sure you’re walking fast enough that talking is possible but not easy). Good for you for staying on top of your exercise! It’s the key to aging well! 🩷

@Thefitrv okay I understand, Thank you so much for all you do. I love the motivation that you give all of us. I sure wished I could take some classes in person, that would be awesome.

James and Stef, you are an inspiration. And I mean that literally. We did a music video of our own and you’re in the credits. Thanks for being awesome. :) =Sal&Beth kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6LGcqykrZp4jrcsi=VNMKfpx8G7yz0bz7

James you may be a master of all things RV but it seems your cat is master over you. I think it’s just supposed to be that way. Our 100 lb Lab sleeps in the bed with us. Not that we have a lot to say about it.

So, it seems that: One is easy upgradable, les powerful, and more accessible..... The other one is more powerful, not upgradable by user, and kind of less accessible. It sounds to me that Volta is Apple and Lithionics is Android. (People who likes to mess with their stock gadgets and find solace in "improving" them, may like a Lithionics system..... While people that likes a finish product not to be mess with but ready to use in the stocked way that comes from the factory line, well, they may prefer a Volta system).

I would die on 108 miles. I drive my motorhome anywhere from 600 up to 1,000 in a single day!! Even when i think i am moving slow, my average is about 3-500 miles/day. I can make that on 1 tank of gas, so this would be extremely difficult. Pretty cool idea though. I hope it works for you guys and cant wait to see where this goes for the future.
