I'm 70 and will be driving solo from Houston to WDW for the 1st time in Sept. It will be scary but exciting. When my family went with me, we loved renting a house. Just for safety on the trip alone, I'm staying at Pop Century so I can ride the bus. Thanks for posting and hope your trip was awesome!

Thank you for watching! Pop Century is an amazing resort! And utilizing Disney’s free transportation is also a great idea! When my husband and I went for our anniversary it was just a short stay and only the two of us so we took Mears Connect to our Disney Good neighbor hotel (the Waldorf Astoria) and utilized the free transportation to the parks and Disney springs. We all met up in Houston and drove out from there. Honestly I’m not sure either. We just put our hotel’s address into the GPS and followed it! I know there is another way to come out if you are driving from the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
