The theater I go to used to be owned by Consolidated (It’s now Regal). I know this because in the lobby there are chairs that say “Consolidated Theaters” on the back and in the front exterior of the theater, the box office has stars that have the Consolidated logo on the ground. Pretty interesting

There is another Theater that used to be Consolidated Theatres The Stone Group one in Cary NC called "Crossroads 20" but in 2009 it's now Regal and in 2011 They added an IMAX Theater But the remains of the Policy Trailer they played by Consolidated Theatres after the Regal Silence your Cell Phone Policy Trailer they played the Consolidated Theatres Emergency Exit Policy Trailer which is insane: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWi9fqqEht2ejtE After that they played the Regal Roller Coaster But sadly in 2016 all of the Consolidated Theatres Seats and others were removed and replaced with the brand new Regal's Reclining Seats in October 2019 They removed the Consolidated Theatres Lobby Floor Texture and replaced with Regal's Floor Texture and repainting the 4 Consolidated Theatres Golden Statues but however some 4 Consolidated Theatres Golden Statues can be putted in the movie wheel as a Star Wars Symbols only for Star Wars Movies. Oddly enough, a Regal in my town that opened up in 2014 has that Consolidated exit snipe but not the theater that was actually owned by them. Last time I was there in 2020, they had the same original chairs too.

I have seen this open before, this was shown at the Raleigh Grande 16 in Raleigh, NC. Raleigh Grande was sold to Carolina Cinemas in 2008, retaining the consolidated theaters showing "Raleigh Grande" at the front until 2013-2014 when Carolina Cinemas put their logo up over the consolidated theaters logo. As of 2016, Cinemark operates the Raleigh Grande, which they covered up the "Raleigh Grande" Logo and now it shows "Cinemark" on the front. This video brings great memories

There is another Theater called Crossroads 20 and it opened in December 1999 and it was own by Consolidated Theatres then in 2008 it was added with an IMAX Theater in 2009 it became Regal Cinemas and around 2016 it got the new Regal's Reclining Seats but it still plays the Consolidated Theatres Emergency Exit Policy Trailer today.

For anyone who doesn't know, Consolidated Theatres was a company based in North Carolina. I'm not sure where they started, but that's why so many theatres, like the Crossroads theatre and the White Oak theatre, were Consolidated Theatres. Eventually they were bought out by the Regal Entertainment Group, and now they are basically non existent.

Looks to me like some Charter video engineer/employee playing with the downstream overlay/keyer and didn't mean for it to go out over the air. I'm guessing that's why it quickly cut off and why it's not on NBC's website. They probably had a still image and Photoshopped out everything but the eyes and were playing with motion tracking and accidentally sent the "preview" to the live feed. I've had to do a similar effect on a video. It probably was only seen in that local Charter market.
