Thank you for sharing this. I practice martial arts and do a lot of front kicks, as you mentioned in the video. I have a lot of pain, tightness and tenderness at the top of my rectus femoris that also causes some weird knee buckling. It took me a while to figure out what it was, and your blog and video helped me immensely. One question: where exactly are you placing the alpha ball on the front of your thigh, in relation to the bony protrusion (ASIS)?I have been placing the ball just below that bony protrusion, but I think that is too high and pressing on the actual tendon. It looks like you are going a bit lower. Thanks again!
