The pain in my hands, wrist and arms went from a level 2 to a level 11 after birth. Seems like no matter how many stretches, or wrist bands I wear nothing helps. It’s so difficult to deal with. 😢

Having babies affected my balance. Being a dancer, this is an issue. Do you have any exercise suggestions? Thank you

I was trying to figure out why my stomach had that inward dent that was so distinct. This video is going to really help me. I realized my anxiety is causing me to do the upper shallow breathing for the past few years. So glad I found this.

Yeah sure, just make their life's unhealthy by Sneaking proteins in instead of teaching your kids in a healthy way by putting the cards open, telling them right away what you are about to add in their food!

With the lack in nutrition in food in America changes like this are important, but maybe instead of putting oil in pancakes you can use half butter and half oil on the pan itself for less fat and more flavor? Just a thought but it's good you're looking out for your children's health!

Well, certainly not ALL pancakes are made with oil, and sorry for the miscommunication with my previous comment, but what i mean is that 1: they dont taste like shit, 2: Cake is sometimes also made with oil, and it isnt TOO uncommon

I don't really understand the difference between the exercise #1 and the exercise #2 in the description... From watching the video they look to me like they're the same thing... So I should just do it for a full minute, or repeat it twice??

This is so motivating. Question: how heavy must the weights be to have an impact? @getmomstrong ?When depression and anxiety are hitting, I can't manage to go to the gym. So for weeks I don't work out. I already bought a hometrainer and am multiple times a week on it 💪🏼. Thinking about to get some small weights for weighttraining, since we have a tiny appartment with two childreen 🥴.

I was taught by lots of videos/pelvic floor therapists that you need to draw the belly button in toward the spine on the exhale while doing the kegel to repair diastasis recti. So...now maybe I'm accidentally gripping with my belly button without realizing? Ug. My donut shaped lower belly won't go away. Going to try this. Thanks.

Weight it some contexts can matter (like when it comes to safety and specifically stretchers and how weight can break them) BMI is terrible because it doesn’t take into account healthy muscle mass. BFP (body fat percentage) is a much better scale.
@womp-_-womp2 ай бұрын
this is exactly why i dont look at scales. it ruins my motivation. instead of focusing on my weight consistently im focusing on whats better for me and my body. giving myself more muscle than fat. id rather be “overweight” and muscular than a “normal” weight and be all fat and bloated 😂
