It actually does not translate well on this recording.. I bet this sounds a lot better live, but playback on yt just makes everything meld together into one white noise type of vibe... but uh i love the stage presence. A black woman with black face a saxophonist who looks like she is selling patchuli oils from her sax case.. and not 1 but 2 dad bods ( singer and drummer) FCKNG EPIC

I remember The Ideals played this at Woodshock '85. Davy Jones was on fire. Powerful performance, no doubt kicked up a level due to the fact that I had "swallered somethin' weird."
