On the Red ZL1 did the intake you were running make the supercharger louder ?

Yes this one came with the regular rotofab, not the big gulp and it doesn't enhance the supercharger at all in my opinion. I really liked the look and the sound of the intake from cold air inductions. I could hear a lot more supercharger whine and it doesn't require a tune like the rotofab big gulp does.

Nice I was thinking of adding a flowmaster outlaw on mine just shopping around for a cold air intake and thought of cold air inductions just was looking for one that didn’t make the supercharger whine more

Let me start off by saying I haven't owned a ss but from talking to those who do they are if you keep up on maintenance. Most of the guys I talk to say get a manual instead of an auto because the cylinder deactivation function can be problematic. Don't know how true that is just what I was told. I hope this helps

It's handmade and the cap on lots of sticks can go depending on the cut. Yeah, I wouldn't call these fruity either. However, there is a nice mild sweetness that holds the earthy, cocoa, and coffee notes together. I suppose it gets halfway towards a berry note but for me, it's what it unlocks between the other notes. I don't know how else to describe it, but I keep coming back to these.

Maybe it was owned by somebody who didn't know what he had and instead just drove it as a camaro. At least that is what I did years ago. I went to a dealer and looked at a used Camaro z28 with 7k miles. Didnt look too impressive but the salesman let me drive it and I decided this was cool. So I bought a Camaro. Like most new things I washed and adored it for about a year then moved on to other interests. Dude, I had a z28 that roared but didn't know what I had. I sold it to some guy who seemed super excited but I was just glad he was going to buy it. I hope you bought this ZL1, looks like a steal.

I did end up buying it. I searched for this year and color for almost 2 years and couldn't find one. I had to clean it up but it cleaned up well. I won't drive it much mostly to car shows so it still has plenty of life left.

Just bought a zl1 as well. are you wrapping all the pieces with the carbon fiber stickers yourself or ordering them? Looks amazing. I’m not a fan of the chrome pieces as I have an ashen grey car and the previous owner blacked some of the side markers out and fog lights.

I bought all my carbon fiber parts as they are. I didn’t do any wrapping. Ashen grey is a great color. That’s the color of the first 5th gen I bought. It looks mean on a ZL1.

Mixed thoughts on the Drew Estate lines. I just had a Rocky Patel Java Mint tonight and I absolutely loved it. I had a Factory Smokes Sweet Toro a few days ago that was really good and burned perfectly but had a Factory Smokes Maduro the next night and it had horrible construction issues. I ended up with a soft cigar shaped like a canoe. It was kind of disappointing but, hey, at least it was only $2.50.

My bag arrived today. Looks like two types. Half are Torpedos (6.125x52) the other half look to be Robusto (5x50). Most are dark like maduro but a few look a little mottled like they might be sun grown. My guess is that these are all the same as also listed as Holts Factory Specials.

Some of the cheaper cigars leave a bite on the tongue and palate. You didn't mention this so no bite and weird after taste. I'm looking to order some of these, but have never had one before. Thanks for the review.
