Rice fields, flatness, general vibe - Luzon. Narrowed it down to Cagayan Valley thanks to coconut palms west which I spot at around 0:07 in the video. Coconuts are way more likely to be found there than Central Valley.

With coverage being constantly released by Google I don't think there's a very up-to-date one, but a json file with car meta mapped was posted in Brazilcord a few months ago

Really well edited guide! a lot of cool advanced tips. What I would criticize is that there are a lot of super based tips, like poles, and then super advanced ones like that dry part of ceara. For me, the based stuff is boring, for beginners the andvanced stuff will be way too difficult and useless. But it seems that you know a lot of advanced stuff, would be very intresting to watch if you could share that knowledge!

Unfortunately have to take a break since I'm going on vacation for a month and I didn't manage to finish editing the next vid in time. New stuff coming will focus on urban/infrastructure metas, loooooaaads of them and some unpublished
