I’d say Arkham Riddler is better. He portrayed the Riddlers arrogance and obsession with the need to proof himself smarter then Batman much better. Plus, fun fact in Arkham Knight, he wouldn’t even accept the fact that Batman is Bruce Wayne.

@ I would say show Aku is more evil then Arkham Joker (and animated series joker). He quite literally took over the world and made his evil law, killed millions, if not billions of people (including kids) and if Jack wouldn’t have his sword he would give him the most agonising death. Joker did a lot of bad things as well, but not to the scale of Aku (not even Joker sending his poisoned blood to all Gotham hospitals in Arkham City comes close).

@ That heavily depends on the comic tbh. Let’s take Injustice Joker as an example, managed to trick superman into killing Lois (who in that universe is his wife AND she was pregnant) and in turn setting off a nuke in Metropolis. While he doesn’t survive much longer than that, he did push that superman over the edge and eventually to becoming the dictator of earth. In the game injustice 2, another joker managed to take down brainiac in the arcade mode, figure out how to unleash his collection and unleashed them all on earth with no regard for anyone’s safety. And in mortal Kombat 11, another Joker (also arcade mode) takes down the main Villain Kronika (basically a time god), claims her power over time and then teams up with the worst of the worst to bring chaos to all realms. Those are the largest scale events I can think of right now (Joker does a lot of horrible things, but most only affect Batman and those close to him, not the whole world).
