Android screen stays black. Of course call customer service and they're closed. It's brand new there should be mo issues and the instructions should cover everything.

WARNING: Simply don't buy this endoscope! As a professional, I couldn’t even use it for a year. It developed a defect due to a poor connection between the screen and the camera. A colleague experienced the exact same issues right out of the box with the same brand new endoscope. The firmware is also unstable: it often happens that after taking more than 10 photos, the endoscope stops responding. Turning it off and restarting it is the only solution. Returning it to China isn’t an option due to the high costs. It’s a nice device when it works, but poorly built and definitely not professional as Teslong claims.

Unfortunately, the probes are specifically designed to work with our monitors and even though they are USB-C they won't work with an Android phone. It's totally compatible with the NTS700, and it doesn't need to be upgraded - the NTS700 is split-screen ready!

Video shows a micro USB charging port (2:20). Mine came with a USB-C port which was a pleasant surprise.

I have the .2" dual lens endoscope. It's nice, but it's difficult to hold the cable in place when you're inspecting something and the console moves around a lot. Any advice on how to mount the console and cable so they will stay in place?

I notice you've used a USB(A) to USB(C) adapter. Can you connect directly with a USB(C) to USB(C) cable to a MacBook Air M2. That doesn't seem to work on mine. Should it ? It's fine when I connect like you have and use the cable in the pack and an adapter.

It should work, open PhotoBooth and then you may have to switch the camera (dropdown menu) from webcam to Teslong Cam and that should do it. There are more details on how to connect your Teslong Borescope over USB in this video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/j2e8YpekYraErbM

Thanks. Sorry I didn’t mean connecting the camera to the Mac but the base unit so I can read the TF card on the Mac? Works fine with the cable in the box and an adapter. But not directly with a usb(c) to usb(c) cable. Just wondering why this is ?

Just a note for anyone else reading this with a mac in case you didn't know this. There are very small USB(C) to USB(A) adapters available (much smaller than the old Apple ones with cable in them). I grabbed one of those and attached to the UBS(C) to USB(A) cable that comes with the MS450 and it works fine for downloading files and charging and takes up nearly zero space in the bag.

My NTG100 came without the lock ring and I can't get them as spare. Can you please indicate the thread pitch for it, so I can just find some workaround solution? Many thanks in advance!

Our customer service people have your info and will be in contact with you. Lock rings are out of stock right now but your NTG100 should have come with one. We will find one to send you in our warehouse. We know you are in Italy but we can just mail this to you in a regular letter, lock rings are very small.

Do both the duel camera version and the single have a 2.0 megapixel camera? On Amazon it says 1.0 megapixel for the duel cameras version?

You are correct, the single camera model is 2.0MP and the dual-camera model are 1.0MP, or 1080px vs 720px.

Are you trying to use the NTG100 with an iPhone? The iPhone app does not have a choice for the USB NTG100 because iPhone are not USB compatible. If you want to use the NTG100 with an iPhone you need the WF150 WiFi adaptor, which costs $50. You can watch how to use that here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIO4gIevmaqAhZY

The owner’s manual says the ring led light is adjustable, it just does not tell one how to adjust it. Manuals written by people who know how the thing works and assume everyone else know what they know

It comes with three lenses which of the lens do you use for 243 6.5 or 30cal. The three look to be different sizes one's got a red circle on the end.

The NTG100/H/P comes with a 3-pack of mirrors. The mirrors are all 0.20 in diameter - designed to fit in 0.22, and larger, barrels. The mirror with the red ring has a slightly different angle to it, this is to help reduce glare. If you are experiencing glare in your view try the red ring mirror. If you want caliber-specific mirrors then you should get the 5-mirror pack available on our website as it is designed to fit 0.22, 0.24, 0.30, 0.38, & 0.40 caliber, or larger, barrels. It's only $20 and is a very popular accessory with our borescopes. Can the 2500mAh battery be changed? I'm looking for a stand alone version but it won't be used that often. In case the battery is flat and warranty has expired is it doable? If you're innovating current models atm, maybe add the option to attach a powerbank or wall outlet without having the need of an internal battery.

No, the battery is not user serviceable, but if it dies within the 1 year warranty period we will give you a new monitor basically. The MS450 will work will work while it charges so you can use it while it's plugged into a wall charger or a USB powerbank.

Yes, get the WF150 wifi adapter and it will work. The NTG200H comes with 2 cables giving you connectivity options - use the cable that ends in a USB-A to plug into the WiFI adapter and you're set!

I have the same device and both Android and iOS application suffers with "choppy" video streaming which looks like every 2-3 sec streaming is stopped for a while and than continues but some video frames are skipped when transmission is paused. It looks more Wi-Fi transmitter issue as I have tested different applications on two mobile systems and there is no difference. BTW: tested another Wi-Fi unit with... SAME results :( Apart from this flow the product seams to be useful.

@@benjamincrooker2533No. The vendor support did not corrected this nor suggested any fix. The shop where i bought it has teseted another unit and it has the same issue. No firmware updates available. I have returned it and now use USB version which works Ok with Android,Windows and iOS too. Teslong WiFi transmitter seams to have the issue and is not able to keep streaming continuously 🤔

Our scopes fit down to .22 caliber. They measure about 0.196 so in theory they should fit 0.20 but we cannot recommend that because any sort of obstruction or buildup in the barrel could cause the probe to get stuck. We know there is demand from the 0.17 shooters for a smaller scope and we are working on it, but it's not currently available. Thanks for the input!

The TTS260 comes with a 16GB micro SD card - plenty of storage for lots of thermal photos. I'm not sure what you mean by a "cube"? It charges via 5V USB-C so you can charge it from a PC, a wall wort, many power strips, numerous portable battery storage devices and even many cars have USB power out.

I wouldn't recommend it. In theory it should because our probes usually measure about 0.196 dia., however because of tolerance stack up over the length of the barrel and the potential for there being carbon or lead build up in the barrel, I don't recommend it. The fit will be tight and it will get tighter the farther you go, the last thing we want is for it to get stuck in there. We do have a 0.15" (3.9mm) probe that will fit, but it does not have the side-view option, at least yet - so it will only look forward. We are working on that for all the 0.17 and 0.20 caliber fans out there, but it isn't ready yet.
