For all round development test I'll use formative assessment test. As we need to assess co- curricular activities and it can't be assessed in summative assessment test. Another reason is that summative assessment test is pen paper test which usually designed for whole class. So I think FA test is suitable here.

I was a student in class 1-3 and i was very poor in studies every teacher recommend my parents to admit me in special school and every day my parents used to scold me even they hurt me and they change my school, class 4 there i met a sir who believed in me and encourage me and support me and he used to appreciate me in the whole class...... After that now i am the topper of my school every teacher, parents, relatives appreciate me they say that i am the inspiration!!!
