Best way to make these flowers is using a Cricut machine. They look sooooo real...and very full flowers. Cricut provides the template. All you have to do is to cut one sheet full of the petals, and start gluing them to a styrofoam ball. Then dust them in the pink or violet hues. Time consuming, but worth it. Give it a try!!

Hi from Florida ... water in hand!! I'm wondering if you know the secret on preventing wafer paper from "buckling". I use swiss meringue bcrm to cover ALL my cakes [not a big fan of fondant]. Sometimes I can't leave a cake out overnight or several hours after applying, so in the fridge it goes. Once it comes out, within just a few moments, it starts to buckle due to moisture. Would attaching the wafer paper to small gum-paste/fondant "balls" help?! I appreciate you, and all that you provide to us home/small business bakers out there. THANK YOU!! --- Judi
