You can rank you by attending trainings which they announce in their Discord server or simply pay for certain rank of your choice.However, they seems to host training lesser from what I see so hopefully you're able to attend one.

@@Makaron_Penne No only AP (Armed Police) and CP (Close Protection) have access to guns on the police team, and you get the taser at the Special Constable rank on any team. Also with the Robux teams on police, you keep your rank and everything it's just that you get new clothing and guns. And I will not mention the teams you need to apply for.

Join the USSS group (www.roblox.com/groups/5856978/United-States-Secret-Service#!/about), then uh you can either attend trainings or just pay for any rank pass. If you do buy gamepass rank, u can still join the secret service without being in the group so yeah
