Whenever I feel down , whenever I find myself in hardship I immediately read surah bAqrah .this surah is healing..i find peace in it..with it's barkah my depression is gone..I have came out of toughest time of my life. in short it's barkah is just infinite. May Allah make life and the hereafter easier for all of us.

I have been suffering from extreme fear and panic when facing people for over twenty years. Like speaking in front of people or leading prayers or even reciting the call to prayer. I have tried everything but without any success. Is there any advice or proven treatment? Has anyone been in a similar situation and found healing? I have become isolated and have no friends because of this fear, panic, and increased nervousness and anger. So far, there seems to be no solution. May Allah help us all.

Ahkot I learned that it is not permissible for a women to post herself online, Whether that is on youtube, her profile photo or elsewhere. Even if it's just her hand, or the back of her. And the scholars even mentioned that's not permissible for a women to post herself online, even in niqab for dawah. @@an_as5822 I don't know whether you are Muslim or not but please don't plant the seed of doubt in people. That's what Shaitan does. Verily, we do get rewards for our good deeds and recital. I am also a person who has seen Allah’s miracles in life. But the problem is we humans are selfish and tend to forget the Creator as soon as our wishes get granted. May Allah Subhanahuwathala forgive our sins.

Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet visited a person from amongst the Muslims who had grown feeble like a chicken (because of his illness). The Prophet asked him: “Did you supplicate for anything or beg Allah about that?” He said: “Yes. I used to utter (these words): “O Allah inflict upon me the punishment in this world that you would punish me with in the Hereafter.” Thereupon the Prophet said: “Glory be to Allah, you have neither the power nor forbearance to take upon yourself (the burden of His Punishment). Why did you not say instead: “O Allah, ‘Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.’” He said: “Then the Prophet supplicated for him and Allah cured him.” [Muslim, Ahmad and At-Tirmithi]
