Damn bro… I feel that 💯. My mom lost custody of me and my lil sisters when I was 12 and my sisters were 2 and 3. She had always been a dope head since before I was born and had me in the mix . I seen her OD on crack when I was 5 and when you said you used to be a mommas boy that’s how I felt up until I was about 8 years old. She would leave me high and dry all the time and now I’m 35 and she still using. I’m finna get married and she used my past from a situation when I lashed out on her against me and started telling my fiancé about how I was angry and I was a violent person. That shit broke my heart cuz I’m not in the same state of mind I was in back then. She sees that I’m successful and I make good money now and she just wants a piece of that pie. She don’t ever come see her grandkids or ask about them she just tarnishes my name to everyone. It’s pretty sad but all I can do is keep faith in God and keep my lady and my kids close . I thought I was the only one who felt that Mom Didn’t love me. My moms told me to my face she wish she never had me. To know that your own mother doesn’t love nor care about you is devastating. I am 45 yrs old and to this day it still hurts me and makes me angry. My mom’s almost died last year January. Throughout her 5 siblings and countless nephews & nieces nobody should up to support her in this traumatic time except ME. I was there everyday 2-3 times a day, washing her clothes, buying her food, spending time, washing her, helping her walk again, and praying over her. She went into ICU and 1 of her sisters came for a few minutes. I prayed I prayed I prayed. No one came around but me. 2 weeks in ICU one day I went she was gone my heart dropped I thought my moms was gone. Dr said no she recovered and removed her from ICU.. moral of my story today my moms is doing well yet I get no calls no nothing after all I done. She gives all her love to her siblings who left her for DEAD. The irony is this year I went through this same situation again but it was my Grandmother (92) Got sick went hospital nobody from her side of the family came to support her and she is the eldest in the entire family. No one came except 1 cousin visited her once and never came back again. Her nieces never came they just sent her candy and a robe. My Grandmother was bed ridden for 2 months nobody came to show her any love I was the only 1 there everyday. Bringing her food riding this situation out with her every step. Encouraging her everything. You know she doesn’t even acknowledge all the support and love I gave her in her time of need. She gives all the respect and love to this family members that didn’t even come to see her at all. YOUR FAMILY DONT LOVE YOU UNLESS THEY CAN USE YOU OR MANIPULATE YOU. The only time my mother loved me is when I had lots of money and the only time my grandmother love me is if I do as I’m told 😂 MORAL OF MY STORY MEN LOVE YOURSELF. Once my moms told me she wish she never had me I ONEW LOVE ISNT REAL PERIOD
