Just don't do what I did and install your headrest in backwards when you put on the belt guide (DUH). The above method worked nicely to remove it once I realized I did that. The lever is on the wrong side of the headrest post and won't disengage the headrest!! BTW I have a 1977 MGB.

There is a lever on the inside, side of each seat. If you push that lever to the rear of the car you can tip your seat forward and backward. AND if you push that lever to the rear of the car, you can pull your headrest right out smooth as butter.

Really like ur work but ur CBGs n diddleys have nothing to do with the authentic ones! Those were poormans instruments n urs are just art! So its a no for me..not thru to the next round lmao

That is beautiful work, you really are a craftsman. It's very cool that you made a custom case for it too. It's obvious that you put a lot of time and thought into it. Nicely done!
