The truth is that both Poilievre and the leader of the Bloc Quebecois have said that they do not want to read the document naming the MPs involved because it would tie their hands. They know the legal situation. If they got security clearance and read the document, that clearance forces them to sign their agreement to never divulging the names of the people involved. That means they cannot even give the names to their own party in order to take action. To do so would mean they get arrested and charged, criminally. Both the Conservatives and the Bloc want to be able to act on any knowledge that might come their way, outside of reading the document. Trudeau and Singh cannot name names and cannot take action to oust MPs, because they have read the Security document and have tied their own hands. They cannot even claim to have received information outside of reading the document in order to act, for obvious reasons. So who is posturing politically here? Everyone. But some are being more honest and a little more intelligent than others.
