Oh, and how do you get your photos that size?! I need help with my big ol’ 4x6’s!
@PaperLanePress2 ай бұрын
I use Photoshop to size mine, but you might be able to use Canva or another free software, and then I just print a bunch of photos at once on 8.5x11 photo paper. Or, you can outsource the photo printing. I know Persnickety Prints has a lot of size options. I've used them before and they have great quality.

Newbie here. Loved this video! Where did you get the clip you hold the pages down with?
@PaperLanePress2 ай бұрын
Hi! I think they are called "bull binder clips." There are a bunch of options on Amazon :)

So cute!! The dotted paper is a great idea and the simplicity of putting it together very inspiring🩷

Thank you!! Yes, dot grid is always my favorite- it's not distracting but it's oh so helpful!

I use printables too. I like using them and then adding my 8.5x11 layouts too. Your layout came out great!

This book is so cool. Do you have anything like this for baby’s first year??

Thank you! I don't have anything in the works right now, but it's definitely on my mind (especially since I need to document all of the baby memories too!)

How did you get the journaling printed on the card? 😮

How did you get your typing in the boxes?
@PaperLanePress3 ай бұрын
Hi! I'm apologize for the delayed response. I created this template in Adobe InDesign and just typed everything out before printing. I know that's not super helpful, but I did link a couple of shops in the description box that offer something similar. Not sure if they are still available, but hopefully this helps.

I just found this video and I want to say love your style and love that you name the stamps! I was able to find an old set on ebay because you included the names!!!!

Thank you for talking about all the stamps. I honestly thought everyone just had amazing handwriting or were calligraphists and made me feel like my journals would never look like this. I love the look of the stamps and will definitely get some!!!

I love the white borders around the photos so much! Gives it such a minimal and clean look. I did that with my 2013/2014 Project Life albums and this video makes me want to revisit that way of printing from a style perspective. Gorgeous pages. Thank you for the inspiration!!
@PaperLanePress2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Laura! I seem to always choose borders so that no matter how busy my photos are there's at least a little bit of white space in each pocket :)

This was such a great reminder to me to layer photos and use washi as a flip! I'm fairly new to working in TNs and I have such a mentality of my projects going into page protectors that I often forget that TNs are perfect for interactive elements! PS: I'm sure your husband is an excellent pilot, but kudos to you for being brave enough to get into that small of a plane! I don't think I could do it!
