Asking price is $1.45M yearly taxes around $22k to $24k. New build so no exact number on the taxes since they’re not assessed, but that’s an estimate based on the county

Very nice house. It looks like it’s not on the water. Taking that into consideration with the lot size, the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the overall interior, I personally don’t think it’s worth 1.5 million. Also, Long Beach is not big exclusive city. I would value that home between 800-900k. I’ve lived in Nassau County (mainly on the south shore, south of Sunrise Hwy & Merrick Rd, and Atlantic Ave) for over 40yrs. If this same house was in 4 out of 5 of the houses that makeup 5 Towns (Hewlett/Hewlett Harbor, Woodmere, Cedarhurst, & Lawrence). Then it might be worth 1.5 Million. But Long Beach, including areas south of Park Ave like East Beech St, North of Park Ave like East Pine St & the state streets that are located at the furthest southwest part of Long Beach, are not worth the house priced at 1.5 Million. Again, in my opinion I would say it’s worth between 800-900k.

Dude. You DONT know Long Island. It’s NOT in Long Island. It’s ON Long Island. It’s a GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION. Not an address. It’s not a county. It’s an island, NOT an address. We on Long Island know when you know what you’re talking about when you get it right. The towns you mentioned are NOT the BEST places to live ON Long Island BTW. Obviously you don’t live here or were born here. Maybe do some BETTER research or stay in your lane and get reviews from ACTUAL NATIVES.

I was born and raised in Syosset. I moved off island 24 years ago and never looked back. Although I do miss the beach, the blatant political corruption and criminally high property taxes leave only two demographics that live there; ultra wealthy and poverty. The middle class that built Long Island (Levittown being the perfect example) are long gone.

Property looks nice. I have a hard time understanding why contractors put the kitchen sink at the end of the countertop. Makes absolutely no sense. On one side you could put the plate holder but then where do you put the dishes while you’re washing them ?
