I don't know why you straigtened the prongs with the plyers. Also, I had a difficult time finding extra set o screws. Can anyone recommend please?

Good look on this bro. I assume you can do the same to zero gap the pager 76 blades like the 00000?
@leighwax61405 жыл бұрын
The moving cutter blade section is not meant to align with the front of the stationary blade; It's meant to be set back so it will cut as it moves at an angle to your skin. If it's aligned, or even close, the moving blade/s will "scratch" ! Google/Search "Oster T Trimmer" / Images, & if you look closely at the cutting edge's of new units, you'll see that the moving blade is set back from the stationary blade.It is, however, important to assure that that the moving blade runs parallel to the stationary blade, rather than at an angle!

Are these good for cutting 360 waves?
@2epictv5406 жыл бұрын
MoneyOverFame they are ok. If you get the ceramic blade it'll cut cleaner. But I recommend a detachable clipper. Or a more heavy duty/faster motor clipper to take down the waves. For example, Andis Masters, Wahl Magic Clip, Wahl Seniors.

So there is basically nothing to it. I saw one video where some chick claimed it was the easiest way and she cut the blade with wire cutters to make the holes bigger.
@scion467 жыл бұрын
I think that's only if you use the original blade. If you use the andis detachable #1 cutting blade, there's no adjustments needed.
@scion467 жыл бұрын
Correction...its the oster 76 #1 blade, not andis....sorry
@urbananimal557 жыл бұрын
you can press the two blades teeth side down on a flat surface like a glass table so the blades are perpendicular to the table to obtain zero gap. you can hold it at a 35 ish degree angle with the moving blade on the inside to get a slightly less than zero gap to make sure they won't nick people

How is this setup cutting for you? I been using the andis improved master for the last 6 years and it's been good, but I wanted to buy an oster fast feed again, and I wanted to try this setup with the ceramic blade, your feedback is appreciated and thanks for the video.
@2epictv5407 жыл бұрын
A Penas I love it!! thanks for watching appreciate the support. the only thing I have an issue with is the lever on the fast feed. comes loose after a while and I have to tighten it every so often. As far as cuts go my blends are super smooth.
@apenas73997 жыл бұрын
2EPIC TV cool thanks for the reply, I seen someone else on KZbin talking about having to file their oster fast feed because the ceramic blade would hinder the opening and closing of the blade, but I'm going to order it and see what's up, that's cool your blends are on point, being zero gapped does it cut pretty bald when closed all the way?
@2epictv5407 жыл бұрын
A Penas if you use the medium cutter instead of the coarse cutter I think you run into that problem not exactly sure though.
