CROOKS! They burned the guy who sold us our house, and we could've burnt the house down. They billed him 250 for inspection, cleaning, and replacing the cap on the chimney. They only replaced the cap, over the old clogged mesh. They DID NOT inspect, or clean the chimney. It was literally SEALED, NO LIGHT could pass through a straight 7" pipe! I was on the roof, and just happened to look down the chimney. We were lucky. If we'd started a fire, it would've easily burnt the house down.

CROOKS! We caught them, and our real estate agent (who acted surprised) in lies, and eventually discovered they billed the seller for $250 of work they didnt do. Brizee, at least, doesn't play dumb, they just hang up and don't return calls. They "inspected, cleaned, and replaced cap" on the chimney, except, THEY DIDN'T!! They put a new cap on ($20 part and 4 screws) over the old clogged mesh, that's it. We have pictures of the receipt, and completely clogged chimney. They wont return our calls, and the seller wants to wash his hands of it. If we'd had a fire before I looked, we were set up nicely for a devastating chimney fire. They didn't rob us, but they could've killed us.
