Agreed, and Newley was a huge influence on Bowie. I chose Newley for this video as I felt the clown and 'The Man Who Makes You Laugh' fitted quite well with this song (even though the message are quite the opposite). Other visuals of Joan Collins and clips from Guerney Slade etc... seem to fit quite well.
