I am struggling to take i off - I did try to yank it off - to no avail! What is the secret? D i need to unscrew this tiny tiny ( may not even be 0 a screw in the round plastic on the side? The toilet seat is broken and needs replacement but it is challenging...

Before buying this product, note that the Provided instructions do not indicate how to install the product. They are just drawings of the products. I would not have purchased this product had I known the state of the instructions.

Agreed. I'm looking for instructions on how those ports in the wall are mounted in the first place, as the Grohe thermostat appears to use them as mounting points and the instructions assume you're replacing an existing fitting, whereas other brands attach to exposed copper spigots and fasten to the wall with screws.

@@AintBigAintClever I had my wall open and installed drop ear elbows. Screwed the brass extenders into the drop ear elbows. The S connectors then screwed into the brass extenders.

Hallo, ich habe mir das von hans grohe shower select comfort s Thermostat gekauft, aber mir fehlen noch teile. Können sie mir bitte sagen, wie das teil heisst, was sie zuerst montiert haben. Ich brauche das Teil, unten, was zuerst in die wand montiert worden ist.

How do you get it off again. Ideal standard suck. They have no standards. They are constantly changing every spec so nothing is replaceable.

Are you also not able to take it off?? It just seems impossible even if I yank it! Edit: there are 2 very small screws that need to be unscrewed. With an Inbus (Hex) key.

The small tool to adjust the pressure is missing in my kit. Do you know any other way to adjust water pressure without it?
